Prices

All our prices are clearly displayed. The price that you see is the price that you pay. All taxes have been included. The charges for postage and packing are as set out on the Delivery & Postage page. On ordering the customer automatically receives details of the contract setting out all prices and shipping costs.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund.

The customer will bear the full cost of postage & packaging when returning the goods.

To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip.

Please note: The Athletic Stores Ltd recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the condition they were despatched to you.

Any damaged or defective items will be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Please keep proof of postage. Damaged or defective goods must be returned to us before replacements can be sent.

Credit card refunds will be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.

Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return to:

Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of clearance of funds and delivered within 3 to 7 working days (depending on the destination). If for some reason we cannot deliver within the agreed time we will inform the customer immediately and arrange another time for delivery

We strive to keep all of the items featured on our web site in stock.

If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.

Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days"

Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, then please contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.
