Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund.
The customer will bear the full cost of postage & packaging when returning the goods.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with a completed returns slip. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.
If you require an exchange our returns centre will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the returns slip.
Please note: The Athletic Stores Ltd recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned to us unopened and in the condition they were despatched to you.
Any damaged or defective items will be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded. Please keep proof of postage. Damaged or defective goods must be returned to us before replacements can be sent.
Credit card refunds will be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.
Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return to:
